Ascend is a focused four-session programme designed for mid-level institutional managers and founders of profitable businesses who are ready to operate at a higher level. Each session is facilitated by a different seasoned Kenyan business leader or subject-matter expert, exposing participants to real strategic challenges, sector-specific decisions, and the leadership practices that drive sustainable growth in the Kenyan and East African context.
Between sessions, participants receive weekly assignments drawn directly from scenarios contributed by the faculty — bringing the learning into direct contact with real business pressure.
Who This Is For
Mid-Level Institutional Managers
Director level or above in corporate, government institution or development organisation. You have significant responsibility but are not yet at the top and you are ready to operate there.
Founders — 5+ Years Profitable
You have built a profitable business and have a track record. You are facing a growth plateau, a scaling decision, or a leadership gap you cannot diagnose alone. You are ready to invest seriously in the next stage.
