Ascend is CGH's flagship executive masterclass — a focused four-session programme designed for mid-level institutional managers and founders of profitable businesses who are ready to operate at a higher level. Each session is facilitated by a different seasoned Kenyan business leader or subject-matter expert, exposing participants to real strategic challenges, sector-specific decisions, and the leadership practices that drive sustainable growth in the Kenyan and East African context.
Between sessions, participants receive weekly assignments drawn directly from scenarios contributed by the faculty — bringing the learning into direct contact with real business pressure. This is the engine of the programme: theory tested against practice, every week.
