The CGH Growth Track is a structured, cohort-based advisory programme that takes a small group of carefully selected founders and organisational leaders through the full CGH methodology: Uncover → Build → Grow.
Over 6 fortnightly Saturday sessions, you will work through 5 key dimensions of your business or organisation with expert facilitation, peer accountability, and tools you keep and use beyond the programme.
You will leave with a written diagnostic of where you are, a 12-month roadmap for where you are going, an implementation support partner, and a network of peers who understand the Kenyan business context because they are building in it too.
Uncover
A structured diagnostic across five business dimensions surfaces where you are stalling and why—producing a written assessment you keep beyond the programme.
Build
Expert-facilitated working sessions and weekly assignments translate insight into practical tools, systems, and decisions you apply immediately in your business or organisation.
Grow
You leave with a 12-month roadmap, an implementation support partner, and a peer network of Kenyan founders and leaders building in your context.
Track A — Growth-Stage SMEs
You are the founder or co-founder of a business that has been operating for 3+ years with paying customers and a revenue-generating track record. You are experiencing a growth plateau you cannot diagnose, and you are ready to invest seriously in the next stage.
