About The Next Level

The Next Level is not a networking lunch. It is a structured half-day experience where senior leaders and founders arrive ready to do the one thing their day-to-day rarely allows: speak their future ambitions aloud, in a room of peers who can challenge, affirm, and hold them accountable.

Held in November — the last quarter before the new year — The Next Level is intentionally timed for leaders who want to enter January not with resolutions, but with clarity. You will leave with public commitments on the table and a personalised set of coaching prompts designed by CGH to close the specific gap between where you are and who you are becoming.

Seated Lunch — hosted cross-table dialogue facilitated by CGH.
